RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY – LDM concepts / 123smartshop.com

This return and withdrawal policy applies to orders placed via 123smartshop.com (and any subdomains or successor domain names). The agreement is concluded with LDM concepts, located at Aalsterweg 283, 5644 RE Eindhoven, The Netherlands.


1. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer)

If you are a consumer (not acting in a business capacity), you generally have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days after receiving it, without stating a reason.

2. Exceptions (Important)

The right of withdrawal is excluded for products:

  • whose seal has been broken and which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
  • which, after delivery, are by their nature irreversibly mixed with other items;
  • which are excluded from return under applicable law.

For smartshop-related products, hygiene and safety considerations often apply. If the packaging or seal has been opened or the product has been used, we may refuse the return.

3. How to Withdraw

You must notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days after receipt by:

  • sending an email via the contact details on our website, or
  • using the model withdrawal form (optional).

Always include: your order number, name, and the products you wish to return.

4. Return Period

After submitting your withdrawal notice, you have an additional 14 days to return the products.

5. Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and (where possible) in their original packaging.
  • Seals and labels must be intact where applicable.
  • Please include (a copy of) the packing slip or order confirmation.

6. Return Shipping Costs

The costs of returning the products are borne by the customer, unless stated otherwise by us.

7. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned products, we will refund you as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided proof that the products have been returned.

8. Depreciation / Diminished Value

If a product has been used or the packaging or seal has been damaged, depreciation may be charged or the return may be refused.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

Did your order arrive damaged or did you receive an incorrect item?
Please notify us as soon as possible (preferably within 48 hours) and include photos of:

  • the outer packaging
  • the inner packaging
  • the product

We will resolve the issue with you.

10. Return Address

The return address will be provided after you have registered your return, unless it is already stated on your packing slip or on the website.
